Great comforting Sunday afternoon meal
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup djon mustard
- A few springs fresh sage, rosemary, and dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1.3 lbs of cod pieces
Start by chopping herbs and add to your sour cream. Mix in mustard and salt and pepper. Now coat fish in this and add to foil covered baking pan. Once all fish is coated and in the pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes until the fish falls apart when you poke it with a fork. If necessary, after 15 minutes drain some of the excess liquid. Serve on a bed of spinach!
